No. Forcing a drawer against ice breaks runners and tears seals, and both cost more than the original fault. Switch the unit off, let it stand with the door blocked open, and let the ice go by itself. What matters is finding why the moisture got in before you refill it.
Frost comes back within a week of being cleared. Why?
Clearing frost treats the symptom. Frost returning that quickly means warm room air is still getting in past a seal or a drawer that is not closing square, or that meltwater cannot reach the drain and simply refreezes where it sits. Both are found at the door, not in the sealed system.
